Traditional Physical Therapy

Healing through movement

Starts with Initial Evaluation (60 minutes)

A thorough, one-on-one physical therapy assessment includes:

  • Range of motion (ROM)
  • Muscle strength testing
  • Posture assessment
  • Functional mobility and motor control
  • Soft tissue and fascial restrictions
  • Joint integrity and mobility
  • Balance and fall risk
  • Sensory screening
  • Special tests (as clinically indicated)


This comprehensive evaluation helps identify the root cause of your symptoms and guides your individualized care.


Customized Treatment Plan

Your body is unique, and so is your care. Your personalized treatment plan is designed to minimize pain and/or symptoms, help you move with ease, build lasting strength, improve balance and posture, and support healthy aging through continued guidance and re-assessment.


Treatment may include:

  • Range of motion and flexibility exercises
  • Joint mobilization
  • Active and passive stretching
  • Soft tissue mobilization (manual & instrument-assisted)
  • Therapeutic taping
  • Strengthening and stability exercises
  • Balance and proprioceptive training
  • Postural education
  • Tailored home exercise instruction


One-on-One Treatment Sessions (60 minutes)

  • Conducted one-on-one, ensuring focused attention and personalized care
  • Offered virtually and/or in-person 
  • Typically scheduled 1–3 times per week, based on your individual needs and goals
