We'll begin with the Wheel of Health assessment—a questionnaire that explores the nine key areas of well-being, along with your values, strengths, barriers and "the WHY", it is important to you.
How it works
Initial Assessment (90 minutes) after completing the Wheel of Health on your own.
During this session, we’ll:
