Strength, balance and restoration

 

Starts with a Comprehensive Functional Evaluation (60 minutes, in-person)

A total body functional evaluation using the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA)—a clinical tool designed to identify normal movement function and dysfunctions, pain and compensation.


This in-depth assessment focuses on:

  • Posture and alignment
  • Balance and proprioception
  • Joint mobility and flexibility
  • Strength and neuromuscular stability
  • Overall movement quality and motor control


The goal is to identify patterns of dysfunction that may not yet be causing pain—but could lead to injury or limit optimal performance and aging.


Tailored Exercise Programming (60-minute, sessions)

Based on your evaluation results, you’ll receive a personalized exercise program designed to restore healthy movement patterns, enhance function, and support your long-term well-being.


Available virtually or in-person, and includes:

  • Cardiovascular conditioning
  • Active stretching and flexibility training
  • Functional strength and core stability exercises
  • Improved muscle mass and bone density
  • Balance and coordination work to prevent falls
  • Posture correction and education
  • Coaching on aging, menopause, brain health, and overall well-being
  • Customized home exercise instruction


Specialized Focus Areas:

  • Menopause Support: Improve energy, strength, mind/body balance and weight loss during and after the transition.
  • Alzheimer’s & Brain Health: Functional movement and cognitive engagement to support brain-body connection and neuroplasticity.
